Symbolically killing his past self, falls down people think he's dead, rises from the flames like a phoenix reborn. The entire episode was amazing, but this part was just something else.

The Symbol of Peace has been replaced by the Flame of Hope.

NGL seeing Todoroki relieved that his dad was OK had me crying fr

Interesting note: Endeavor's birthday is August 8th (8/8). How appropriate that "His Start" happens on the 88th episode.

The real MVP of this episode is my boy in the pink and scarf.
“Cant you see it. He’s fighting still. Endeavor hasn’t given up, he’s still going”
Chills have been activated

It's impressive how one episode makes Endeavor and Hawks shine so much. Endeavor it's actually burning his old behavior and literally have to pay for that. Simply brilliant

The guy in charge of the soundtrack is a legend.

Y’all telling me people are mad that this man is actually trying to become a person? Actually showing character development? Crazy.

Don’t let this distract you from the fact that the ball that Uraraka threw in Season 1 is still flying

This is for the Vegeta fans. Watching a No2. Become No1.

There are so many fathers with estranged/toxic relationships with their children that will never apologize nor show remorse. Watching Endeavor's character development has - in a way - been therapeutic for me.

"I will become a Hero you can be proud of".
"Dad, I'm watching".

So much emotion on this

When endeavor showed up with his fist raised up, I realized he's the only one who could've replaced all might, not in strength but in courage, endeavor proved himself.

Endeavor’s literal and metaphorical shining moment.

1:30 I always thought this "empty space" next to Shoto is where his mom should be, like, even if she's not there, she was supporting and worrying about Endeavor.

The Phoenix symbolizing his rebirth, his right arm up symbolizing the beginning, the animation, this was amazing

"Let me give you a push, number one" Everyone is ignoring the fact Hawks has been Endeavor's fan since he was a kid, the only reason he achieved #2 so fast and so young was to help his childhood hero become the best #1 in his possibilities.

If Endeavor wasn’t seriously trying to pass All Might during his career he never would’ve beat the nomu. He was the only one who never got complacent with All Might as #1.
