I met my husband when he was on the streets homeless, a drug addict and alcoholic, and I told him about Christ for about 3 months. He then went into Teen Challenge London, he got saved done the program and got set free. We have been married 23 yrs got 3 boys. And I can honestly say God gave me the very best husband

A wise woman once said " As your wife, my husband will lead and i will follow...so who is my husband following? Because who he follows, i will also follow...so it it better be Jesus" Not his flesh, not the world, not satan....

I picked my first spouse and it didn’t work out. I swore I would never go through that kind of pain again. 2 years later,after 2 years of loneliness- a girl walked up to me in a bar in South Carolina and we were inseparable for 35 years. She was without a doubt,Heaven sent. She recently passed at 63 years old and I am forever in God’s debt for letting me have the best years of my life with her ❤️

I love that he talked about how just because you meet a good, eligible Christian, it doesn't mean you have to date them. God usually works things together in a way you wouldn't expect, and in a sovereign way that brings Him the glory. There truly is a connection and a prompting from the Holy Spirit that comes when you meet the right person. The one for you is just different somehow. They don't always check all your boxes (and they're certainly not flawless), but they're perfect for YOU.

Once praying, I asked God about my girlfriend. It was going just for a month, but something was not ok. So, during the night He said: "Put your mouth in the floor, and I'll answer your questions!" I did, and He said: "Be uplifted, take the book five of the first shelf. Open the 25th page." I did. There the title was: "Unequal yoke" The text continued saying: "... She isn't like you, from the light. She is going slowly to darkness... How can someone walk with other that isn't from the same path?." I finally ended that relationship next day. Of course she was really upset, but, two days she was already with other man. God speaks. The matter is: Do you really want to hear the truth?❤❤❤❤

When you love Jesus more than you love your spouse, you’re able to love your spouse more than you ever could if you loved them more than Jesus. Amen.

I have always believed my husband will know it’s me, if God wants me to be married He will guide both our paths towards each other.

When I was getting to know my late husband. I was falling head over heels fast and he basically had me in the friend zone. One night I was leaving his place and the Lord said "If I give you to him will you always choose Me first?" And I burst into tears and said yes. I was blessed to have the most amazing husband for 17yrs before he passed away.

This is very good. I made a mistake because I got married out of fear of being alone. My husband was unfaithful and a womaniser from the get go. Fear is a bad decision guide. I should have guarded my heart as John explained here. God bless everyone. Let God guide you and take your time to know someone before getting emotionally attached...keep guarding your heart and seeking God until He confirms and He will. I had anxiety when I got married. That should have been a clue.

On one of the early moments in the relationship with a girl I was dating, a voice came to me that said "This is Your Wife." A feeling of calm came over me. This never happened with anyone I dated prior. I believe God had to let me know because of the rough journey that was about to come. This served as my confirmation through the rough journey. Now married 24 years, and she has been a blessing to my life.

When I was born again at the age of 18, I knew I did not have the wisdom to select a husband. So I asked my Heavenly Father to do it for me. He did! 41 years of marriage later, I thank God that He answered that prayer.

I’ve watched this video and what I gathered was that God guided him to the woman who he was set to be with, and the woman he married was someone that he found attractive and eventually it led to something Godly.

My brothers and sisters in Christ, I have been single for 10 years going on 11. If you can, please pray for me that I too like this man will have a similar outcome. I would be very grateful because I know God answers prayers.

It's so crazy that he told God that he himself was too stupid to pick his wife because that's almost exactly what happened to me just before meeting my husband. I was 29 and just exhausted by the prospect of continuing to search for someone. At that time about 6 eligible men at my church had come out of the woodwork and made themselves available to me so I told God that he needed to eliminate the ones who weren't my husband because I didn't want to go and make small talk with six men and trying to determine each of their characters, I was too burned out and wasn't confident enough in my own powers of discernment. And to my surprise God answered my prayer, I learned things about some of the men that closed the door for me and then a handful of them just didn't come to church for like 4 weeks so that eliminated them and then there were maybe two remaining and out of those two, I went with the one that I thought was cutest who ended up being my husband. 😂God works in mysterious ways.

I said the same thing, “God you know my future, I am not good at choosing the right man for me but you know if he is right for me”
God answered me with this scripture “Man looks on the outward appearance, but God looks on the heart”. I married the man I was dating who loved me with his whole heart, though he was not physically attractive to me but I felt peace around him and loved his positive outlook on everything and treated me like I was precious to him. We have been happily married for 29years! He still buys me flowers to this day! He believes courting and impressing one another does not stop when married. God has chosen me the best man who knows me so well and intuitively serves me without me even asking what I need.

My wife and I were neighbors, only lived 5 houses from each other. When I finally gave my life to my Lord and Savior we met. Now we are currently working on over 20 years of marriage! So, yes, God had set this up. I definitely believe that!
