When she says "everything is political" and calls Tom Selleck a coward, it's a way to try and shame him for not agreeing with the dogma and warn others that they'd better fall in line. I think more celebrities need to take a stand on not taking a stand.
Remember when Madame Webb dropped and everyone was mocking it, and the 3 lead actresses, rather than getting butthurt and whining about "misogyny", actually joined in with the mockery, and everyone loved them for it?
She's calling him a coward for not wanting to get involved in political rhetoric, yet what's actually cowardly, is her choosing to virtue signal for the woke fungus that is Hollywood in order to try and be relevant. To me, the weak one's always follow the herd to play it safe. Am I wrong?
You want to talk about taking a stand, CBS did not want anything about VietNam in Magnum. And Tom Selleck and Donald P. Bellisario made damn sure that VietNam vets and their capabilities were put right up front. Magnum is credited with helping to turn around the disgusting public view of veterans of that war.
I guess Tatiana knows so much about entertainment she knows more than Johnn Carson who said about getting into politics as an entertainer: "That's a real danger. Once you start that, you start to get that self-important feeling that what you say has great import. And strangely enough, you could use that show as a forum, you could sway people. And I don't think you should as an entertainer."
She calls them cowards, but when you're dealing with a company paying you millions of dollars, it's called being respectful of your employer. She's a narcissist who needs to let everyone know how she feels about a subject, even though she knows it won't change the mind of a single person. She's like The Joker burning a huge pile of money just to make a statement, except it's not her money she's burning.
