sometimes going home is exactly what you need! I am so grateful to have been able to go home and see all of my family. It is so easy to get wrapped up in your own life and forget how important family really is. I used to hate leaving college to go home because I constantly felt like I was missing out on the fun but as I grow up and mature I have realized that theres nothing worse than missing out on family time. This weekend was exaclty what I needed, full of laughter, yummy food, lots of sleep and family time. If you are able to, call your family, call your friends, make an effort to stay connected with those you hold closest to your heart.
