Is the ADO Air 20 Ultra 2026 the best legal e-bike you can buy right now? After riding hundreds of electric bikes, this one seriously impressed me. In this ADO Air 20 Ultra review, I put this folding electric bike through its paces to see whether it really deserves to be called one of the best road-legal ebikes I’ve ever ridden.

If you’re looking for a premium folding e-bike, lightweight electric bike or simply an ebike that stays legal while still being genuinely enjoyable to ride, the new ADO Air 20 Ultra could be very hard to beat.

I'm so happy to get a review of this manufacturer's electric bike! As a Japanese person, I enjoy watching it with auto-dubbing ♪ I would be happy if you could leave a review every time a new model comes out ♪ It seems like a new carbon folding one will be coming out soon, so if you're interested, definitely check that out too!

Great video! Can you please do a comparison video to the UTO afternoon PRO? I’d love to know whether you think it’s worth the extra money - In torn between the two 🙏

That's what I want. But with a much bigger battery!

You should take a blast out on the Carbon Pro (2026), we have two and they are insanely good.

Hi Could you do a review of the 2026 Mercedes E-bike , love your videos always informative.🎉🎉🎉

This bike looks class but I don’t think it would survive in my area right now 😭 they are going super hard on e-bikes and scooters to try to prove and a point and bring crime statistics up

They are impounding everything they come across, including 15mph max speed with a throttle, locked to 250 watt motors that are a higher spec, literally anything they can for the numbers.

They are just taking them off of commuters using them responsibly and delivery drivers, yet the people using surrons and 50 mph scooters for real crimes are untouched because they know they can’t win a chase.

I really hope they bring in legislation so we can use these bikes without fear. They are so much more economical and cheaper for travelling to work 😢

I wish I had a quid every time you rode a bike and said it was the best bike you ever ridden

I really want you to test a few off road e bikes, I mean anything can be off road if you want it to be, but you know what I mean. Not the really expensive ones but ones that have full suspension and are nifty and comfy to ride on really rough terrain and can also get up a steep hill at speed. 🙏

@iraklimgeladze5223 1 month ago

I do not like this seat post battery combo, because you can not install suspension on it

Your videos won’t play on Brave, so I get all the adverts.
Pain in the seat !

I would say that the front light is a negative as it is fixed to the frame, so when you turn at night it would be difficult to see where you are going.

I’ve had this bike since April.

You get the best of this bike when it’s unlocked. When locked, the motor cut off leaves you in a quite heavy gear that’s very uncomfortable to peddle. Top speed when unlocked is around 19MPH on a full battery. Top speed decreases with the battery. Another annoying thing is, when trying to pull away at lights quickly. It can change up gears too quickly, putting you in a heavy gear before the motor has caught up. Peddling slower can be faster in this scenario.

In summary this is a good bike for the city where you stop & start a lot. It is poor on long straights (especially in legal mode). When folded, It’s too heavy for most to take on public transport. Not the best when folded & trying to roll either.

It’s a good folding ebike, but far from the best folding ebike!

Is there anywhere in the UK a showroom where you can try that bike before you buy it?

@scottymech48 1 month ago (edited)

I tried one of these but it had trouble keeping up with my fast pedalling cadence (about 80 rpm). The gears were changing up on hills when it was not required. It would be nice to have a manual change function as well like my Yamaha powered trekking bike.
Overall a nice commuting bike.
For wheeling folded I use a strap to hold the wheels together on my folder. Then tilt it slightly sideways so it rolls on one wheel, much easier to steer.
22kg's is pretty heavy for most people. My full size suspension trekking bike only weighs 24kg.
My new folding ebike only weighs just over 17kg. With mudguards and rack fitted it only weighs 19kg.

Another great video and a great bike. Can you tell me what handlebar clamp you’re using for your 360 camera as the one I have keeps moving usually in a downward position when riding, no matter how much I tighten it? Many thanks 🙏
