Located in the province of Almeria, there's a town called Velefique, where the climb to Alto de Velefique begins. It's a mountain pass that hosted two stage finishes in the Vuelta a España cycling tour. We traveled there to climb it.

Hace dos semanas los subí y hacía años que le tenía ganas,pero seguimos hasta la Tetica de Bacares...teníais que hacerla hecho también porque las vistas desde allí son impresionables,incluso un día despejado ves a lo lejos el pico del Veleta de mi tierra y el Calar Alto.Una satisfacción coronar y ver desde arriba toda la subida...espectacular.Enhorabuena por tu video tan detallado en cada kms.
Por cierto la próxima vez que la hagáis circular échate más agüita que la necesitarás.👏🏼💪🏼
