Mariah’s edited in text “don’t” 🤣🤣💀

Not the thumbs up by Mariah 😂

Guys off campus is NOT SMUT it’s a romance with a couple of scenes. It’s an adult romance. yes there are scenes but it doesn’t make it straight smut, just like a movie. Some books have more scenes and some have less there’s a range.

I’m with Alisha! As a reader, one sex scene in a book, that can be anywhere from 300-600 pages, shouldn’t be reduced to smut!! Loved the movie parallel, cause TEA!

I agree with Alisha on the smut in books. 😭

The Mariah cameos in this vid gave me a reason to keep going

please i finally want to know about kramoda lol

im with alisha on the book thing! a lot of books have 1-2 sex scenes but have a much larger plot outside of it, even if its just romance. there can be smut IN them but the main genre isn’t smut

god damn, its not smut its spicy. if you think off campus is smut, you havent seen real smut yet

after so long we finally hear about kramoda omg we been living in a ghost town since then lmao

I legit cried when they stopped selling the coffee. The sweet butter hazelnut was my FAVORITE and I am holding onto the last box of Keurig cups as an antique

Thank you Alisha for standing your ground!! I completely agree with you
It amazes me how anything women enjoy whether it’s authors writing incredible stories or readers getting completely immersed in them is so often dismissed as “fluff” or stripped of its depth. Some of these books explore incredibly heavy complex themes with so much nuance. Fantasy literally transports you into entirely different worlds. Most fantasy books have powerful female character arcs women fighting for their people, making impossible choices, standing their ground, and carrying the weight of their worlds. But because there’s a romance subplot suddenly the entire book gets reduced to “smut” and everything else is ignored.

I genuinely think that’s such a harmful way to look at stories. I love Alisha for speaking on this and love the movie analogy i’ll be using that one for sure

Alisha is right about smut books and the comparison to movies was spot on! Not all romance books are smut, it's just adult romance.

I just want Alisha to know that I STILL wear my crop top, sport bra and sweat pants from her brand!!! I remember people were mad about price- BUT Quality LAST!

Omg tea about Kramoda Coffee? I’m sat
