Rats? Bats? Goblins? Bugbears? Bandits? Undead? Who knows what creatures I will find in here; But the steps lead onwards and so I venture forth into yet another dungeon.

I figured I’d make cleaning my room more interesting by setting the mood

"Just keep me covered."

I do not face a mere mortal creature, I face the worst challenge of them all:

homework.

My faucet is leaky and dripping, which was annoying me. So I put on this video and now it sounds normal like I'm in a moldy leaky dungeon.

You stand before a steep staircase cutting down into the earth. The old stone decorated with vines and old growth. The sides of the staircase are decorated with faces of rulers long gone. At the entrance, strands of sunlight shine through the thick foliage above. Piercing through the darkness in front of you. A smell of stale water and old stone lingers in the air.

As you peer down the stair case you can see slight glows of luminescence plants growing in the deep dark. The feeling at the entrance is tense. Nobody knows what lies in these ruins, but from the stories you hear. It's nothing good.

"What would you like to do?"

During my campaign, I gave my players a quest that went through a tomb and this soundtrack was perfect for it! They enjoyed how creepy it was and gave it a cool atmosphere.

DM notes: Classic dungeon crawl. Generic, ambient noises. Wind whistling.

For most of my life I searched for the right way to manifest, without success. Then I came across Vera Hart's archetype quiz. Out of curiosity I filled it in, and the result hit the core of who I am. I've approached things very differently ever since. A recommendation for anyone who feels stuck.
