Welcome to another calm day of village life with Village Flavour. Today, we begin our morning with our daily routine around the house and courtyard—tidying up, tending to the garden, feeding the animals, and sharing warm tea.

Afterwards, we take a scenic drive through the green mountain roads to visit a local fish farm to catch fresh trout. Back in our courtyard kitchen, we clean and season the fish with simple traditional spices, fry it over an open wood flame, prepare a fresh salad, and gather together for a peaceful family meal.
