I'm really enjoying this series. I played piano and French Horn in grade school through high school, and after a hiatus of 30 years took them both up again. I never studied music theory, so your lessons are invaluable.
Holy lightbulb. Dr.B you are an amazing teacher! This series is a must for anyone who wants to take music seriously. Thanks a lot for offering these valuable insights all for free here. Let me know how I can support you to provide great contents like these. Thanks!

19:45 I'm guessing because legato means they must be played together in a connected fashion so if they have the same tone, the best way to keep the two notes connected is to never let go!(But this explanation can fail in some places)
There should be a special place in heaven for people like you. π
