I love the way you explain your points. It all makes a lot of sense. Your points are also more nuanced than most other author advice/guidance I see here. You've just got another subscriber who is looking forward to seeing more content from you. Merci

I cannot believe this video has only 297 likes, what a shame

The 3-Act story structure is really for beginners, and not sophisticated enough. Thank you for the awesome videos.

I need separate video for these parts!

To me your content is on a very advanced level. The first time I watched your videos, I quit quickly. It was too overwhelming. However, after half year of learning and writing my own novel, I am getting it. Now I am rewatching many times. The same concept is explained by different “teachers” from different angles, different techniques, even using terminology confusingly. I guess what matters to me is to find the elements, logic, and methods which I can understand and use fluently. Great video!

I have listened to hundreds of craft videos and just discovered this channel and I'm loving it, you are adorable and as a sidenote, as someone who listens on headphones, thank you so much for not drinking and forcing your noise-sensitive listeners to hear throat swallowing lolol😂 that's a mortal sin and an instant DNF for me 😖😖😖😂😂😂

😂are you ever gonna drink that coffee? Great video, I'll need to rewatch this a couple more times and take notes as ideas were flooding my mind during this initial watch. Please make more videos. I'm just starting off myself as a fiction writer.

i whacked my brain for so long, reached the conclusion that this is too hard and aint for me and i should stick to what im doing. but i went like hold on maybe my book can actually become a best seller if i get this framework. lol. and i realised that this is actually so much more easy, flexible and uh GREAT? so i guess thanks for this video! tho id really appreciate a detailed video on parts of story :)

Watched the six levels. They are great. Do any of them address dual POV books (such as many romance novels, fantasy novels, etc).

Nice video 🙏 what is that typewriter keyboard set up you have? Is it connected to your phone and computer?

Hi Julian, do whatever you want with this observation, but having spent a lot of time watching various story coaches, there appears to me to be a large gap in the market; the gap is coaches willing to apply their methods wholesale to analysing entire stories to show 'how it works'. Abbie Emmons was doing something like this for Act 1s of various movies (Disney if I remember correctly, and Little Women) and it got a lot of views.
