The last time I visited, I saw their staff arguing with tourists.

This time, I saw the same thing—they were arguing with tourists.

I even got yelled at by them!!! That's outrageous, their attitude was terrible!

This is a tourist attraction!

If I were a foreign tourist, I would definitely have a very bad impression of Malaysia.

Hopefully, the Minister of Tourism can address this.
