1. Avoid seed oils
2. Avoid dairy products
3. Avoid gluten
4. Add to your skincare routine:
4.1 Acid peels, such as glycolic acid, AHA, etc.
4.2 Microneedling

4 important points:
1. Avoid harsh exfoliation; use gentle, daily peels: a facial razor, Korean facial gloves.
2. Use mineral sunscreen.
3. The stronger the peel, the more dangerous it will be. For mature skin, the author recommends salicylic acid (BHA). This should be done very carefully and only on mature skin.

Controversial comment: she looks better now, and prettier, but not younger than the photo. Which is reassuring because it tells us that beauty doesnt always mean youth and viceversa

I’ve been using platinum skincare and their peels for over 20 years. I honestly get comments all the time on my skin. I just turned 50 and I often get told I don’t even look 40. It’s funny how I just happen to use pretty much all the same products you use. Great minds think alike.

I love this. I wanna say something. I think how you look at this age is how everyone should look. The problem is that people eat garbage, are lazy, drink, smoke AND have an awful personality. People always think im 13 years younger than my age. I don't believe in aging. And for anyone who wants to throw shade, no, it won't go downhill after menopause, because we already took care of the heavy lifting like nutrition and hormones.

I have fibrocystic breast disease that causes cysts in my breasts to fill up and makes me go up two full cup sizes for the duration of my luteal phase. Taking seed oils out of my diet and intermittent fasting completely cured this when doctors said there was nothing that could be done.

Seeing people comment that she still looks like she's in her 40s. I completely disagree. I know women in their early 30s who look significantly older.

I've seen women in college with worse skin

Realistically I think you look like you're in your mid to late 20s, or 30 at most, is what I would have guessed had i not known your actual age and just saw your face

I use screen screen daily. Monthly home TCA peels, tretinion and led mask! My skin has improved so much. I love platinum beauty and Make up artist choice. Now I’m starting body peels

Most of the women on these channels saying they are 34 but look about 60 ,were as you do look genuinely look younger then your years, great skin, keep it up

You look phenomenal, no one could tell you are age, not that there’s anything wrong with looking your age but anyone can tell that you take really good care of yourself

Your skin looks amazing! I am 54 and have been wearing sunscreen 365 days a year for the last 10 years and rarely go in the sun and I have no wrinkles or sun spots. It is the best anti aging product. People are shocked at my age and mistake me for at least 10 years younger! I take Vit D supplements since I don't get any sun and my levels are normal.

You look so youthful, and unique face features, very feminine and beautiful.i hope you don't be too hard on yourself , the physical body is not perfect, more self love and acceptance is always good. Inner beauty and soul can't be taken by time. God bless you ☀️. Me personally I love the sun too much and never used a cream in my life, I don't look at mirrors , I am free from that aspect of reality.

One important note about micro-needling: As you said, give your face time to heal from each session. My face has suffered from a practioner who insisted on treating every 4 to 6 weeks and at age 56, that proved too frequent for me. My face didn't heal in time and by the 3rd, then 4th treatment it had the opposite effect. They applied chemical sunscreen on my face right after needling and I got so inflamed after that my face "fell" : I lost my suborbital fat pads, cheek fullness too, and now look far more aged than when I started the treatment package 6 months ago. I am super sad about it but want to warn others. WAIT BETWEEN TREATMENTS - follow your own instincts not someone else's. Get to know your skin and what timeline it requires. . And don't let them apply anything other than hyaluronic acid after needling you!
