Thank you all so much for the support; can you help me reach 180,000 subscribers?

I have been watching you two since you tried to save an old home in Spain. You are without a doubt the hardest working couple on YouTube.

The neighbours must really appreciate what you have done to the little village house. I dont know about anybody else but, I forgot how bad the house was. It’s an unbelievable transformation. Well done!!!  ♥️🇨🇦

watching the mastic and vinyl go on that wood floor made my soul hurt

Bravo to all ... except the vinyl floor in the bathroom ... WHY ???????  Did you just run out of money at that point ?

It was a great pleasure watching the rebuilding of the 18th century house in the little village.  You are a master in every one of the building trades.  Your patience, competence, and attention to detail is impressive.  I wish you, Joanna, and your whole family all the best.

In France, there is a lot of old houses which are waiting for people to take care of them in small towns. As there are cheaper, young couples or strangers who fall in love with the place bought them.
I came from the beautiful département of Dordogne and I can tell you that a lot of people from england, holland,  germany and US did the same and save lots of village and french schools in small town.

Amazing! Taking something that was unlivable to a place where anyone would be proud to call “home”. Bravo!

That ancient piece of timber seemingly holding everything up seems like a bad idea to me.

How to make a mold paradise :
step 1 : Buy an old house with old windows and little isolation that allows a lot of airflow
step 2 : Restore it completely with isolation, new hermetical windows and absolutely no ventilation at all
done !

You've turned something heartbreaking and dead into something beautiful and alive again. I think the people who used to live there, would thank you. I don't know how you've done it.

It’s amazing how close the sidewall was to collapsing. I think you saved the building! It looks great! I can’t wait to see what you do with Joana’s mothers house.

Gorgeous house! My ADHD disappeared watching this calm, confident, skilled craftsman. What a beautiful expression of human ingenuity, thank you for filming and continuing traditional craftsmanship. Great videography. I loved ❤️ EVERY. SINGLE. MINUTE. Of this beautiful video.

I am 75 from the USA and I am just finishing up the re-do of a 1950s house that I bought in 2020.  I wish I was younger; I would undertake a project such as this hardworking and talented couple (and countless others) have done.  I really admire the respect for antiquity in Europe.  Europeans are far less likely (than Americans) to buy a property and tear it down and replace it with something new.  Thank you for saving this well-built little house and best wishes for the future.

With every video you both share with us, you proove, that you not only have the skills, the patience, the resilience which is needed for this hard work, but also love what you do. That makes the results of your work absolutely stunning and brillant.

That was quite a ride. Gonna miss the little village house.

Impressive skills from start to finish.

If those walls could talk - imagine all the lives that came before, now lost, even to memory.
