I'm laying in bed watching this with ear buds in my ears, and the cameraman is breathing heavily into my ears.

Guy tries to give a full passionate answer and explanation. Host cuts him off with a "Ooo look a shopping cart!"

Lol, in a real life scenario, I could see the gate guard just locking everyone out and keeping the whole bunker for himself.

asks a question

If something happen, the Security guard is only one who use this bunker😂

I imagine the families living here in the apocalypse will all eventually have their own wars with eachother

That security guard has the best undemanding job in the world.

Ron, you need to let people answer your questions. It's so nerve wracking having to hear you cut them off. You're the type of guy that waits to speak, instead of letting others speak.

My first thought was "How the hell do you spend 30 mill on a bunker" but after watching this I'm like "How the HELL did that ONLY cost 30 mill to build??!!" - Amazing bunker, amazing piece of work, wow.. Just stunning

The bunker is cool, but the way the cameraman interrupts the owner mid-sentence every 10 seconds really annoys me.

You need a whole staff of technicians/specialists to run this.

Guy is a real life Vault-Tec salesman

Honestly I'm most impressed that he was able to budget this project at 30mill. For what it is, that's impressive.

dude out of breath the entire video like he just ran a marathon 😂

whatever you think you have to appreciate the workmanship in this

Man gotta stop interrupting the guides responses to his questions and immediately changing the subject after 😂

For 30 million it looks more luxurious rather than well-stocked

In my opinion, It would be crucial for the owners to go through a one-week drill as a group where they all occupy the facility at one time, and see how they actually fare as survivors with no access to the outside world for any form of support.
