Packing update for anyone who cares! 😂 I ended up picking some things I showed to leave home for the larp. I decided not to bring my chainmail because I think leather makes more sense for my character. I also removed a few items that were heavier fabric and now I’m only bringing my high neck chemise and a knee length one not shown in the video. (Leaving the blue one and thrifted white one home)

Packing for a larp can be tricky so you have to decide what is the most necessary to have!

What a wonderful video. My wife and I raised our kids at SCA events, Ren Faires, and our D&D table, and now they've all grown up to be a wonderfully talented adults like yourself. Even better, they've begun to pass the same experiences onto their little ones. Life can be truly wonderful when we embrace our imagination. Enjoy Bicolline and be safe!!

The trick for the shower is to go at night when everybody is partying or to go during the battle if you’re not fighting

I learned about LARP recently and I have been waiting the entire time for another of your Bicolline videos! Hopefully next year I can attend myself but for now I’ll simply settle for watching everyone else experience it!

Thank you for making Bicolline videos. It is my dream to attend. Your hair is looking extra majestic and long. You can't go wrong with long blonde curls.

That "Spooky Witch of the Forest" dance had me in stitches, with that jangling crown.  Bless you and your whimsical, chaotic energy.  😂

I think I'm just gonna stay a dnd & ren faire girly. 😅 I tried  beginner larps & it was just so hard for me to stay in character for the whole event. This video helps cement that idea even more. Thanks for sharing Bico so I can live vicariously through the adventures you film.
Anyway I got to recommend blister bandaids because even my comfortable shoes hurt after 20+ miles of walking. Doctor Scholl's insoles helped with walking but actually were the cause of one blister. I added the insoles & it pushed my foot up higher in my boot, which caused rubbing on the top of my toe. So test your insoles with your shoes before the event. Even if I didn't use the blister bandaids on trips, sadly, a friend would normally be in need of them so it's always good to have on hand.
Oh! Bring safety pins to pin under clothes or an item in case it breaks. A needle & thread are good too, but most likely it happened while I was in a hurry & the safety pin was the MVP in that costuming situation.

Am I going to Bicolline? No. BUT AM I SO SAT FOR THIS! YES! Cant wait to see all your wicked adventures!

SEWING KIT 🗣️

Always good to have a sewing kit in hand! In case of outfit malfunctions !

Will be my first year at bico.. rlly hope to see ya! 😄

Living vicariously through you, my friend 😭 super excited for more Bicolline content!

The old town showers were far better, imo. If you keep walking past the restaurant there is a large bank of porta potties and the showers are over there!

Ahh thank you kiki!! Im not going to bicolline anytime soon (hello from europe!), but this is also giving great ideas for a fantasy festival im going to soon!! ✨✨✨

Have a wonderful time at Becolline!  I hope that all the mosquitoes, midges, and chiggers have developed an allergy to Gelflings this last year and that you have an amazing, injury-free adventure  💙   You must have fun for all of us -especially me-  because it looks like blew out my knee... No play for me 😢

woahhhh the jawbone is sick !! it’s so trippy to see bendy bones haha

Cant wait to see you all!!!

Maybe have a pair of boots with hobnails, which were the medieval version of cleats, for outdoor wear. But they could become a problem when you have to suddenly walk on a wood/tile/stone floor indoors.

Going to my first GB this year, so infinitely excited.  Thanks for the highly informative video, I added about 10 things to get that I didn't think of or see anywhere else.  Great job Kiki!

I 100% stole your list to make mine for Bico, so thanks for the tips 😄 Me and a couple friends will be first timers, we're so excited!

Living vicariously through your Bicoline videos because I live in a small tropical country and I Do Not Have A Lot of Cash To Travel but I love LARP 😭💕

oh i love these packing videos! now i won't have to rewatch the other ones exclusively anymore
