The bread and butter sales help in my business because I find most of my higher dollar items don’t move as fast sit for a few months so having a mix helps me

The only dirty shoes I will buy now are sneakers that I can toss in the washing machine. 😁

Lisa, thank you for a great video ❤️👍

I changed my sourcing strategy to higher priced items too and reduced the size of my closet. Sales stayed about the same for me but I’m spending less time sourcing and less time listing. I started off buying cheap but found if I spend a little more I can make a little more.

Wow a lot of the styles you don’t buy anymore I do, and a lot of of them go for a good money considering the style. I am not going to sit around and wait forever to find that prize.

I love cleaning shoes it’s like therapy for me

@shilohbell1573 3 weeks ago

Oh man! Lol. I stopped but I always pick up those brands lol. I’m starting back up so this is good to know!

I agree with everything you said. I don’t pick up those brands with the exception of Sam Edelman shoes I pick up certain styles that do well for me. I only sell on PM and have brought my ASP up by working smarter not harder. Also I watch videos of people shopping at Nordstrom as well as WN pallet sellers that buy directly from them as they are current styles. I also source a lot on WN.

I don’t mind cleaning shoes if it’s worth my time but I can’t sew either and hate selling flawed items have a death pile of fixes that never get fixed same

@MikeM-r6b 1 month ago

I just saw a short of a gal wasting a bunch of time washing shoes and ended up here. I'm don't really do shoes or clothes but same principles apply. I really focus on nos -nib stuff. Fixing and washing isn't worth it unless it's really good. The average sale price I'm gradually working on myself. I'm pretty new but great advice here.

Pencil skirts are back in! Check the runways

Very helpful info! How do you make AI model photos for your listings? Maybe you can make a video on that.

I'm phasing out my Etsy store too.

You said you would provide a list of brands you no longer pick up but either you forgot or I can’t find it (my usual issue 😂)
For my own use I prefer buying only shift dresses, pencil skirts and somewhat fitted jackets 😂. I guess I am old fashioned

lol sewing on a button is so simple. But I like to sew. No judgement. I have a sewing machine but if I find a clothes item with a flaw. I will hand stitch it up real quick. But that only for my kids clothes they are wearing. To be honest I am downsizing and taking all my kids stuff to a giant consignment sale. So some old coats were seams came out, I have repaired, just to purge it from my house.
But not for online selling 100%!
