Why Are Americans Crying Over The World Cup? This compilation Explains Everything!

Glorious Update

40,376 views

Nobody prepared us for what is happening across America right now and it has nothing to do with the scoreboard. Fans from every nation on earth showed up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and instead of just watching football, they started something bigger. Strangers became friends. Streets became dance floors. And Americans? Americans started crying. A lot.

In this video we react to the compilation that explains exactly why. From people who've never watched a single soccer game in their life suddenly sobbing on camera, to the moment somebody said "this World Cup did what politicians couldn't" — this one hits different. Because it's not really about the sport. It's about what happens when the whole world shows up at your door and reminds you that most people are actually good.

We broke it all down, gave our honest takes, and yeah — we caught feelings too. No shame.

Yanks think the World Cup was this way because it was in the US. NO! This is football culture.

This has actually been one of the most corrupt world cups by the people in charge. It's only the fans who made it good

Americas should know one thing .Even if world cup were in Uganda the whole world still would love Uganda . It's the same in every county.

They didn't go there to experience the United States, they went there for the energy and community that football creates.

They came to the World Cup DESPITE it being held in the USA, not because it was held in the USA. They came to experience the World Cup, and they would have gone for that regardless of the host country.

It’s every 4 years and the fans are the same whichever country it’s held in, it’s FOOTBALL, the yanks just don’t get it. Maybe it’s slowly dawning on them, it’s the worlds game.

"Maybe what the world needed was the world cup". The world has had the world cup for nearly 100 years. It's just that the USA didn't notice until it was on their doorstep. Have a look beyond your borders America. There's more out there than you know.

Americans still think it all about THEM. Talk about delusion

The world is doing this every 4 years already for a long time. And now the US wakes up and claims it. Quite arrogant.

The World Cup does this wherever it is held. This is not about America. Just because America is finally waking up to what The World Cup is does not give it ownership of it.

@shellieeyre8758 2 months ago

it was the fans that made it, nothing to do with people apparently discovering how wonderful the US is.

The World Cup may seem a brand new event for Americans, but the World Cup has been this kind of event every four years since the 1930s. It’s one global party every four years and I suspect Americans may have just missed this, but I can assure you the rest of the world has not. Glad America is finally catching up with the amazing spectacle that is the FIFA World Cup!

This is SAD! What it's laying bare is that citizens of the USA are so lacking any feeling of Unity, they're clinging to any expression of it.
SADDEST of all they believe Football fans have all of a sudden realised the USA is the greatest because they need to be loved so badly😢

@kimhansen9557 2 months ago

Has absolutely nothing to do with you Americans, it's football and that's all and the World knows it

Guys. We are thousands of years old. You got 250. Please listen to the rest of us who went through centiures of survival stuff. We know how this works. Please love the people outside your bubble. We love everyone. Please just stop hating and believe we are all sort of standing bigger.

No more World Cup in the US ever again. Those "water breaks" and Infantinos pure corruption. I am glad that americans enjoyed it, but I am afraid that everything that the US touches turns to shit.
