Tessa Mitchell is the new senior partner at the Schibley Law Firm. Her first day on the job is going swimmingly until she is confronted by one staff member, Sharon. Sharon takes one look at Tessa and immediately assumes she is a new lower level staff member and begins barking orders at her. Later in a meeting with colleagues, Sharon again takes Tessa to task, but this time Mrs. Mitchell sets the record straight and shows Sharon who is truly in charge.
