I've been buying PS4 non stop for the last 3 months, have amassed 400+ PS4 titles. I've always wanted a large library. The Mrs asked why, I said I'd rather buy them now then pay double in the future.

I’m so proud I Star collecting for my ps3 mid last year, so I have basically all the games I wanted,Wolverine unchanged edition,all the transformers ps3 games,Deadpool,all the Spiderman games for the ps3 except edge of time,and shattered dementions.

A couple things I thought of while watching this:
(1) I think another reason why PS3 is getting hot is because the people who grew up playing PS3 are now in their 20s with disposable income and have a desire to collect the games they used to have or missed out on. I’m in this category for sure!
(2) I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about The Darkness. That game was $15-$20 forever and now it’s about to hit $60, it’s crazy!

I have most of those games you've listed. Its crazy. I got 50 cent Blood on the sand, Rambo and Blitz the league 2 for $10 each. Those games have went up substantially.

I AM SO MAD I SOLD MY PUPPETEER COPY AS A KID!!!! I sold it to get some money to get a switch after it came out. I genuinely had such good memories with that game, but it felt like no one gaf about it at the time so I had no idea it would shoot up in price so much. The holiest grail in my ps3 collection currently is Afro samurai that is never leaving my possession ever

I feel like i might be 1 of the fews to buy their games sealed , back then i never got to experience the ps3 properly so now after i bought my Japanese splash blue sealed im looking for sealed ps3 games , got 4 for now , great video btw

I’m an avid Vintage* Pokemon collector. I don’t know why i never realized the nostalgia for video games is as real as Pokemon was.

hello mr wright way we have a great ps3 game collection i was very lucky enough get be able to purchase all the games that i wanted to own. now here in 2026 i just got my ps4 slim . now i have all the games i wanted for this console. i am truly playstationed blessed. thank you mr wrightway for being here with these great informative videos. have a blessed day my playstation friend peace out.

I feel like it is great advice to start looking at and buy your PS4/5 games now as well. I high suspect that come 2028 when physical PlayStation games are no longer made, that prices for those will jump as well. Great Video!

Everything happens for a reason. Ive lost a lot of opportunities and it sucks, but Ive been blessed as well. You cant let the little things you cant control affect your joy of collecting. If you do it'll ruin your passion for the hobbies. And its a hobby if you want it bad enough you'll find a healthy way to get it.

Half price books sometimes has good games fairly cheap. I got Shadow of the Colossus PS4 for 12 and Okami HD for 20 there. Also found Contra 3.

I’ve hit the 4 for $10 in my store like 2-3 times this past summer.

My only problem is a lot of the PS3 games like Top Spin etc I already have and in my store pickings are slim there lol

I’ll tell you this, I did pull the trigger on a Punisher PS2 for 150 on EBay bc it’s a must own and must play for me as I did not get a chance to do a full play through as kid. I have a backwards compatible PS3. Went to GameStop had them run a SKU search, and about 5 different retro stores. Couldn’t find it. I also want Web of Shadows BAD, but that’s something I can wait on to find a decent price.
