🏠 Planning to build a house? Builders cheat more often than you think, and in this video, our guest Evgenia shares how it happened to her. She overpaid for the foundation and only realized it when she installed her camera on the property.
In a season and a half, Evgenia went through three contractors. The first one poured the foundation, but at the end claimed he was owed more than the estimate, even though the camera showed less crushed stone delivered than the receipts indicated. Then, without a word, he dug up the septic tank at night, dismantled the fence, and damaged the foundation. The crew on the walls delayed the work for two months, and the technical supervision was a whole other story.
