The *AEKE S1 Pro* is here — and the new adjustable arms might be the upgrade that completely changes this smart home gym. All-in-one home gym review
In this video, I put the AEKE S1 Pro through its paces and take a closer look at the new arm system, exercise versatility, digital resistance, overall design, and what it's actually like to train with it. The S1 Pro offers up to **220 lbs of digital resistance**, adjustable training angles, AI-powered training features, and no required subscription fee.

The biggest thing I wanted to find out was whether the new arms are just another feature—or whether they actually make the S1 Pro a more complete replacement for traditional gym equipment.
Watch the full review to see the exercises I tested, what I liked, what I didn't like, and whether I think the **AEKE S1 Pro is worth buying**.

Sure beats the BowFlex, even the Rev version.
Definitely need a system with the arms.
