Mike Campbell comes across as being so humble. I think he really believes he’s merely a beneficiary of good luck, when in truth he’s an amazing talent.

Thank God for Mike Campbell and his music. First time I heard "Heart of the Matter", I was absolutely floored. I thought Henley had outdone himself. The lyrics made me choke back tears. But that melody was haunting and beautiful. Then I discover Mike wrote it. If you haven't already done it, get all 4 of the Mike Campbell and the Dirty Knobs CDs. Best band in America. Tom must be proud.

Could listen to Mike Campbell tell stories for days. Loved his book. Humble, talented, grounded, genuine artist that doesn’t get enough credit for his contributions to music.
