Looking at this legendary collection of Hall of Famers and superstars just made me realize my own cards aren't rare collectors' itemsātheyāre basically pocket lint.
The hand cut bubble wrap, the penny sleaves, and organization makes me feel like a guilty collector. I will now spend my Saturday working on my collection.
To the stranger who sent this, thank you. Batman himself couldn't have packed those boxes better and we've all seen how much is packed into that utility belt. You had me laughing so loud the dog came over to see what the deal was. Thank you for another adventure.
WOW! That was very generous of someone. It went to the correct person though. That will make for some good content for all of us! Also, as a seller of card sets myself, I just learned a new in-box bubble wrap configuration to use on my next shipment. Looks more efficient than the pattern I currently employ.
Kudos to the donator. He certainly didn't just dump his junk. Stars and HOFers (albeit junk wax era) packed to PERFECTION. And he couldn't have picked a better person to send them to. Thanks for sharing. Best wishes to Jeffrey.
Iām only 60 seconds into the video and two immediate thoughts: one just shows how much trust youāve built through this channel and being a real human that people will send you collections just out of the blue - thatās a huge compliment.
And Two - your partner is a Saint cause my wife would kill me if I took over the dining room table that much. Iām relegated to the basement for large card sorting tasks lol. šš
As someone who has shipped thousands of comic books and supplies with an "arrived safely" success rate of 99,5%, I highly approve of the way these cards were packaged.
Goeffry is still, even at his age, a generously handsome cat! What a great pic of him helping you. At least he fits in well with the all-stars and hall of famers.
Great collection, so much $ opening packs and paying for supplies went into this, not to mention time. Jeffrey is a beauty. He looks just like my 15 year old boy Deuce.
