Everything Is About To Change For The Indiana Fever.

Rachel breaks down why the Indiana Fever are headed for a rebuild no matter what happens this offseason, whether Kelsey Mitchell stays, Stephanie White returns, or the front office tries to run it back with the same core.

She also explains why Indiana still hasn’t established a true identity or hierarchy around Caitlin Clark, what kind of roster would actually maximize Clark and Aaliyah Boston, and why the Fever can’t afford another season without figuring out exactly who they’re building around.

The coaching staff needs to go and they need to go now before moves start to happen.

The FO and the Coaching Staff are the issue.

They need more than a new coach, they also need a new front office.

I’d does sound like Kelsey wants to go. I’d love to see Sandy Brondello in as head coach.

Problem starts with upper management and ownership

The Fever front office and coaching staff aren’t capable of putting a coherent plan together.

CC is the captain and has to control her floor period. That is her style you go with it or trade her.

All this stuff is coaching problems and they need to fire them♾️🤷🏽‍♀️

if we have cox and white/bri again youll be lucky if we watch

That is what they missed... They did NOT build around CC. They tried to build around the trio with a coach that does not want to play "fast" and prefers "efficient"!

Please just DON’T let it be that this Coaching Team have ‘the keys’!

“Coaching Philosophies”? I don’t think so because SW has failed; and this season was a breaking point, especially her “Go To Hell” comment. The Fever has to Clear House!!

Our "identity" was play slow half court offense with all plays designed to get Kelsey her 20. If we get in trouble let Caitlin run and gun to bail us out, and if something works completely change it so that we're "unpredictable"

Rebuild around CC and Boston. Pick and roll. Get Sandy Brondello or another coach that wants to run. Need some great defenders with size.

SW does not like how CC plays and tried to change her.

Nothing matters until the coach is gone. We all know Fever is best when they play fast and the Coach clearly hates that.

Very astute observations... Doing the same things over and over is the very definition of insanity, You're spot on about identity, hierarchy, leadership, roles, the need for height, and the necessity of a rebuild. It will be interesting to see what they do.

Stephanie White needs to go and the coaches period. They took the fever backwards. They put players against themselves.

@SARdogsoliday 13 hours ago

They need to rebuild. They’ve tried. It’s hasn’t worked they actually were worse, in a way, this year. It should start with the front office, because they don’t know how to come up with a good combination!

From out here it looks like the biggest problem they had was Stephanie White. What players were tripping over their own feet trying to slow down enough to make Stephanie happy. Does it really look different to you?
