I know a hole just before the turn off to the Canuma Valley… on the left-hand side….. You could fit a logging truck down it… and it is exceptionally deep… would be a good place to lower camera…. as soon as you pass the Canuma Valley going to Gold River just before you go up Canuma Hill The hole is on the right hand side ..and used to be right beside.. a yield sign ..that is the only place I know from Tahsis to Campbell River where something could hide. I drove those roads for over 30 years…..also. the back road from Gold River to Woss…all the best….peace
I did a month long adventure last September. The roads are remote and in most places, if you go off it... chances are, you wont be found. Nor seen from aerial view...
