Good morning, my lovers! I'm back out metal detecting with Shaun on one of our old faithful permissions, where a mysterious buried object leads to an unexpected investigation. After changing my detector settings, I uncover a lovely George II coin, a thimble and a fascinating piece of medieval window lead that could be evidence of a long-lost house. Another day of unexpected discoveries, hidden history and plenty of digging! Lovely jubbly!
