ATTENTION! DOUGH RECIPE HERE - PIZZA DOUGH 2 Best ways FRESH Yeast vs DRY...

What lengths will a person go to for real pizza! Pizza with a crispy crust and an indescribable blend of aromas of bread, tomatoes, cheese, and smoke!

When you start cooking in the oven, the process completely captivates you and imperceptibly turns you into a fan. Once you try it, it's impossible to stop, because a kitchen oven doesn't provide all the effects for which a Russian oven is famous. The oven bakes using infrared radiation, not hot air, but hot stones! Even the simplest dishes from the oven are unforgettable, and you want to come back every time :)

In this video, I'll show you how to build a simple Russian oven for culinary experiments. I think this is the simplest oven option.

To build this oven, I used all the bricks I brought for the grill base and stove – 70 pieces. I made the base from aerated concrete blocks that a neighbor kindly lent me, along with the same ones I used for the grill base. :)
I made the table next to the oven from an old 150x50 board – I cut it into four 1.5-meter pieces and nailed it together. I sanded the top of the countertop with a grinder.

The result was rough and hard – just the way we like it – but still quite functional!

As a test, I'll show you how we made pizza in this oven, and it turned out great! :)
