Una piccola nota lessicale/scientifica: il plurale di specie è specie.
Riguardo le ricciole e la loro dimensione, io che sono una pippa al sugo con anche una foglia di basilico mi riduco a sparare i "limoni" (così li chiamano qui) anche quando sono a stento un kilo, ma mi fermo a una.
Sì, ci sta il ragionamento che una ricciola grande, già adulta, abbia un potenziale riproduttivo maggiore. Però secondo me va considerato anche quante se ne prendono. In questo periodo le piccole si avvicinano alla costa e sono più facili da catturare: se tutti facessimo come te, prendendone tre di quella taglia in un giorno, ogni occasione, il danno complessivo potrebbe essere ben maggiore di quello delle catture occasionali di qualche ricciola grande in apnea.
Non tutte quelle piccole diventeranno adulte, certo, ma una parte sì. Prendendone tante, togliamo anche futuri riproduttori. Quindi “meglio tre piccole che una grande” non è così scontato.
E lascerei fuori il confronto con le reti a circuizione non regolamentate: il fatto che altri facciano danni maggiori non rende automaticamente sostenibile quello che facciamo noi.
