UPDATE ON SWITCH VERSION: The Setup works on Switch exactly as shown in the video, however the text for some codes is different and typing the spaces at the end of codes will cause crashes on Switch. The code generator website is updated with a new "English Switch" category in the version selector. The guides and codes on the pomeg-letterbombers website is also updated.

The glitch revolution will now be televised. After a year of advancements, the new glitches in FRLG have reached their peak.

The setup is easier than ever and the codes are capable of truly magical stuff that put GameShark and Action Replay to shame. Obtain every mythical Pokemon in Gen 3 in one game. Celebi, Jirachi, Mew, Deoxys. Unlock all the exclusive events that were only released in the 2000s. Trade yourself to evolve your own Alakazams, Machamps, and Gengars. Unlock the National Dex before you beat the game and MUCH MUCH MORE!

I love when tutorial videos assume I know absolutely nothing, because... yeah.

Who's here after the Switch announcement?

Funny that people were looking under the truck for mew. Turns out they were actually hiding in the bookshelf

Something tells me this video is about to get a LOT more traffic.

It's absolutely mindblowing how we've hit the point where we can just code romhacking tools right into vanilla hardware

@ZingoBananaa 1 year ago

the people who come up with these ACE manips are basically modern day alchemists

I find it quite funny that the secret to breaking all of gen 3 is a Duck slapping a piece of mail out of a mimes hands and him then picking up something else instead

I love learning about ACE glitches, but actually doing them feels like

It's frankly incredible how quickly FRLG ACE has evolved since just the past year. From being barely understood, to being accessible for newcomers in a 70 minute video, with online generators and comprehensive guides for everything you could want. Seriously impressive, the dedication and sheer density of knowledge this corner of the Pokémon fandom has.

IMPORTANT: if you save your game after incorrectly executing ACE and getting a bad egg, activate the code to trade with the NPC in Viridian City and trade your bad egg. This will remove the bad eggs from your game.

PSA: Pokemon can't change the code without having to get their game re-rated and they don't want to risk that so they won't. So yes this should work on the Switch.

These glitches work on the switch version!!!

I remember as a kid watching hoax videos on how to battle Jirachi, trying them and obviously getting nothing. Watching this feels kinda cathartic tbh

The level of witchery here matches the craziness of the high school myths kids used to come up with to catch these creatures. I would’ve loved to have had this knowledge back then

Been having issues on my FireRed ACE I set up awhile back (Zapdos respawning just doesn't want to work for some reason) so I decided to finally get around to setting up a fresh ACE environment on LeafGreen and here's a hot off the presses 14 hours old video on completely bonkers and totally fresh FR/LG ACE. I've endured so much pain muddling through old techniques with unclear or inaccurate guides playing with ACE + RNG Manips in Gen III and IV over the past 2 years. The relief upon hearing you're going to assume zero knowledge, it has become streamlined, chill, and even more powerful, was a truly nonpareil feeling. Thank you papa!!!

Just watching this video for no particular reason.

I've been playing Pokemon for nearly 20 years, Leaf Green was my first ever Pokemon game and how am I just finding out now about the yellow hand in the PC box and being able to move groups of Pokemon. My childhood feels cheated.....
