This time, we're deep in the mountains of Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture.
A subdivision that was once for sale no longer has houses built there, and it's now a forest.
It's no longer possible to build a house there.
A sign for the land is up, but the company involved has been arrested for fraud.
There have been cases where people who wanted to sell their land ended up being ripped off.
In this video, we'll introduce two marginal new towns, "Uguisu no Sato" and "Okawase Green Life," located deep in the mountains of Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture.
[Announcement]
We'll be holding a live event (talk show) on April 29th! Click here for details.
