Everything has texture, and architecture has its fair share, for example, old bricks, deteriorating plaster, stone and wood, to name a few, but the challenge is representing it within your art.
In this video, I look at using salt, using a sponge and even cling film (plastic wrap) alongside regular watercolour techniques to attempt to accurately represent different surfaces, then using a fine liner ink pen to draw in more texture.
