This is clear that any business, church, group, or organization has a clear pecking order.  The clear bottom line that you both cannot be the main lead of the show.  

Due to some personal mindset one of you are not good with conflict in public.  Suggestion split up so you all not on the same show time.  If you are both due it once or twice a year.  This will prolong you all working together.  Without both of you all doing mediation outside of the panel.
