Bonjour and welcome to my Quebec City Food tour that I designed myself! After lots of research I put together a list of must try foods/restaurants and cafes that I had to try! I am going to take you on a culinary journey around Quebec City beginning with delicious crepes to pastry shops, we'll also try the famous poutine and head over to one of the best dinner spots in Quebec! That hospital is called Hôtel Dieu in French, which translates to "God's Hotel" in English!

It’s been 8 years sense I’ve been to Quebec City but I still remember the how good the food was! There is a gin distillery you can take a ferry to great drinks and I went to the food market to get ice wine really good!

Small correction: Casse crêpe breton is not a breakfast place. You can go there for lunch and supper. Their savory crêpes are also great

You do know why the some roofs are green? Copper that oxidized with time. It's like copper rust!

2- It was nice to see you take a stroll in St-Roch. Not many tourists venture to that area, but there are awesome restaurants too: right next to the Gare du Palais is Chez Victor, a great local chain with upscale burgers, and Légende, a Michelin-starred restaurant. But that’ll be on your next trip 😉

That crepe with the strawberries & bananas, oh my gosh, it looks delicious! All of the food looks so amazing! I have yet to visit Quebec, but it’s on my list. It looks so charming! Really enjoyed the food tour!

Forgive me for saying but your breakfast with crepes look a lot more like european crepes, from the Brittany region in France. Here in Quebec, the real crepes are more like hungry jack pancakes. Our ancestors working to cut wood in the forest could not have survived on such thin crepes. Good thick pancakes with butter and lots of real maple sirup was the way to go. Also, a real annual pie around Xmas holidays is Meat Pie (Tourtière), every home has its own recipe. My favorite is Pig Feet Stew - mine is the best of course! First and foremost please note our traditional food is awesome but the best is our nice people, welcoming and friendly. Enjoy!
