I know this lady, she's a lecturer at a UK university,  thank you Dr Spiwe for sharing this painful story, many can relate. May you and your family find closure 🙏

Pane bhuku novel yeshona yainzi Zvairwadza vasara.😢

Hearing you, Doctor, speak about the loss of your brother was incredibly moving. The pain of a disappearance with no answers and no closure is something no family should ever have to endure. The trauma doesn’t end with the person who is lost — it lives on in the hearts of those left behind, who carry the unanswered questions for a lifetime.
I pray that sharing this brings comfort and healing to your family. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
And to those who make light of such suffering — we don’t wish this kind of pain on anyone. It’s simply sad when people mock what they’ve never had to carry.
Wishing you strength, comfort, and God’s peace.

Wooh!!! what a good narrator though the narration is so painful.

This was so touching. I have learnt so much just from watching this short interview video.
“Our family history carries the quiet ache of war, uncle who left with courage and never came home. Their absence is a wound that time cannot erase, yet their memory binds us together. By honouring their sacrifice, we keep their stories alive, strengthen our connection as a family, and give future generations a deeper understanding of resilience, love, and the true cost of conflict.” Thank you so much auntie for such a eye opening interview.

Sister, this is very touching but you are not alone. Everyone is hoping that their loved ones will one day come home. There is not much to say but this is heartbreaking. Noone is ever appreciating the participation of these guys who paid their all for our freedom.

It's a painful story, the wounds are so hidden deep inside to the family, the struggle even to explain about the brother is clear. I am sorry my fellow Zim family.

Cdr Nyepudzai said she saw a group perish in a boat ahead of her on their way. Maybe he died before reaching his destination.

Very sad your brother went without trace.Definitely you need closure.Tomb of the unknown soldier is all I can say

Great narration, painful😢 ope you get closure

This is so painful. She presented it with so much clarity. Therapy for affected parents and siblings could help. Thank you for sharing.

Mukoma Robert well done!!!  You are catering for everyone. And this lovely woman has represented this. Her narration is very engaging. My kids actually enjoyed and related to her more than the previous comrades. Once again thank you and well done.

It takes strength to turn personal loss into a message that can educate, and challenge systems to do better.

Proverbs 31:8 (NLT)Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed.
