Especially since he was just released from the hospital a week or so earlier. Nice brother, and the sister(the Plaintiff), isn't much better. Perfect time to go on vacation. The poor guy was in a Diabetic coma for at least 24 hours, and could have been saved(most likely), had his family cared, even a tiny bit. It's actually sad.

Someone please explain to me. When someone is ordered by Judge to pay back say a loan for example . How is it enforced. I mean what if the person doesn't have rhe money to pay it? Yes they can always be taken back to court again but what if they still can't or won't pay it. Do they put them in jail . I mean I have always wondered how that works? I know if it a child support thing then yes they can be put in jail and or loose license to drive on top of that. But aside from child support cases?   Like I said I've always wondered  .
