I'm so happy they've prerecorded a few episodes that Hunter can still upload every week now that Isaiah got raptured.

Nosleep's worst nightmare, a horror story with sex between two consenting adults

I really wish Isaiah and Hunter could experience the feeling you get when you're listening to a story about creatures in the woods, while mowing a 4 acre field at night, with just your headlights on the tractor to see... and you notice 7 pairs of glowing eyes in the darkness, and immediately shit your pants before realizing a family of deer are watching you mow.

hunters being nearly silent the whole time you can tell it’s a 9.9/10 story

The idea of Hunter being in the forest for 45 minutes and the worms are already eating him is so funny. Like he died immediately and is in a deep stage of decomposition. It's like when Wimp Lo in Kung Pow dies.

The real horror is how Ruth became collateral in Ira and Bill's twisted hero fantasy

19:53 everytime Hunter leaves the house his wife sets a timer for 45 minutes before she can download tinder again.

Im so glad Hunter decided to continue with the podcast during the tribulation even though Isaiah got raptured through the drywall at mach 5 and splattered into a bloody paste.

Spend months walking through the woods and even killing birds with stones: We’re eating like kings!

A couple days in a quickly abandoned and likely stocked town of dry and canned goods.: we’re out of food!

1:47:30 the dog whimpered going into the woods. Now, I heard a strange noise. The whirring of a mobility scooter as Hunter’s grandpa menacingly approached the dog, gun at the ready.

"It might be hidden or demonetized" he says after making the first 30 seconds of the video about Phineas and Ferb shooting up a school

Bill started punching a tree with his fists, used the wood to build something, then he said: THIS is a CRAFTING TABLE

Isaiah isn’t crazy. The trail is Mann’s 001 SCP proposal. One direction is uphill, the other is normal. The important part for the lore is it’s the first anomaly found which led to the SCP foundation, Chaos insurgency, and other groups.

Fun fact: in Venezuela there's a folklore legend called "El Silbón" about a man who killed his parents and got cursed by his grandfather to roam the mountains of the country endlessly with the bones of his parents in a sack. He's said to kill men who are cheaters, drunks, etc. and if you hear whistling nearby it means he's far away and you should run, but if you hear the whistling coming from afar then that means he's already behind you.

What freaks me out is that Ruth only started to hear Ira in the Whistlers' call after he was actually dead, not before when she thought he was dead.

@ItsMyGuy 11 months ago (edited)

* spoiler *
i’m re-listening & it occurred to me that the whistlers took one of ira’s arms out to prevent him from clapping, so when he approached the cabin the survivors would assume it was a whistler or an intruder

I love how this story goes from zero to a hundred right out of the gates. Just one moment, "Oh, I found this journal, how peculiar" to "I found a shat-pantsed dead man and it's just Tuesday out here" the next, lmao.
