When you think about it Padme and Ahsoka represented two emotions Anakin lacked during the Clone Wars. Padme was Anakin’s reason and Ahsoka was his patience. Without either around, Anakin was easily corrupted by Sidious.

I liked this one a lot. A lot of fan fic ultimately highlights the fragility of Palp's plans. And while this one doesn't destroy how silly his plans were, it takes a path that shows plausible contingencies he could have in place.

Tbh, if I was a senator in the Senate during that scene, you have no IDEA how furious I'd be at the Senate as a whole.

That could not more obviously be a discredit tactic. XD he doesn't even address the accusations of being a sith lord or controlling both sides, he just literally ad-hominems. I would literally leave and tell the leaders of my planet that the Republic was too corrupt to save and we should join the Neutral Systems.

Can't wait to see part 2. :3

Sidious in Starwarsquill's universe is Beast Wars Megatron. Always 3 steps ahead in the planning stage

The Chancellor just straight up dissappear's, it's never properly investigated or explained, and power smoothly transitions to a new Chancellor who surrenders their emergency powers and its back to business as usual... because if there's one thing you don't do in a high stakes political game, it's show your hand to Padme.

The split second it says Agent Cola instead of Agen Kolar is so funny

I really hate/love these kind of stories. Cliffhangers suuuuck. But your narration is superb as always. Can't wait for the next part!

The Jedi and their allies could have made a counter-argument against Palpatine's false accusations by pointing out he already controls much of the courts and justice system including the intelligence departments.

What if Revan wasn't found in stasis until the first year of the clone wars? That would mean that Revan in his prime would be alive and well, and Darth Vitiate's spirit would still be dormant since Revan didn't awake his spirit at Yavin.
