We NEED a VFJams Live with him in it!!!

Chris is a gift to the drumming community.

Having studied with Chris, counting was one of the best tools for learning and understanding what I’m playing I got from him. Many other things, but counting helped lay the environment where ideas could grow.

He should teach teachers... of anything. Clear,  specific,  funny,  engaging,  engaged and so human!

I was one of those drummers on a Coleman drum camp and I can say.....this counting thing kicked my butt that day but I worked on it and it changed my drumming forever! Thanks Crc 👊👊👊

Any time I see this man in whatever context (behind a drum set or not), it just instantly brings a smile to my face... He just radiates joy and happiness! Truly a gifted and blessed man in so many ways. Love this guy!

What a master of rhythm.  My brain turned into a slurpee trying to count this out.

I learned the importance of counting out loud from studying with Kim Plainfield. It was a game changer 100%. No one expects it to be THAT important

GOD bless you for who you are and your skills.
But you send me back from age 56 to 12 y old when I first bought my kit!

I studied w Chris; indeed we did the vocal counting on EVERYTHING.  Changed my whole game.  And still changing/improving it (like he says in the video)… love you Chris!

Took lessons from Chris a long time ago he is an awesome person and teacher. Very glad to see him doing well these days.

Chris C, I love you brother, your spirit is so awesome,  and the way you teach is so universal. Hope to take a lesson one day. Love the nod to Drummers Collective, I studied with Michael Carvin at the Collective, many moons ago! Take care Chris.
