Biscotti, also known as cantucci, or cantuccini, are amazing traditional nut cookies from Italy. A delicious dessert, if you like, and a great addition to your morning coffee. I based my recipe on the recipe of maestro Gordon Ramsay, he suggested a very intriguingly simple recipe!

My recipe book has been replenished with flour products, buns, and pastries in general, but don't stop - the next stage is cookies, and there may be real desserts, confectionery... Maybe one day you and I will make a real cake! But that's a completely different story.

So, biscotti turned out to be surprisingly easy to make, and its taste is beyond praise! These simple cookies are easy to make at home and I'll show you how to do it. Imagine the surprise of your family or guests when you tell them that now your homemade cookies, although they are more likely crackers, are biscotti!
