Thanks, helpfull video!

It's definitely a mission to find good housing here.

I’m currently looking at a posting, in Lavapiés-Embajadores. But there are multiple postings with the samenphoto

Hi!! My daughter is a Fulbright scholar ETA and she will be moving to madrid in Sept 2021. Would love if we could connect to see if you can assist her in any way with apt search. She will be working at IES Cuidad de Jaen which is a barrio south of Madrid center. She is flexible as long as she can be as close as possible  to center but also close to work. She speaks Spanish too. Thank you!

What areas would you suggest that would be more kid friendly and family oriented?

Great video. When i rent through Badi with roommates, will i have a recognized rent contract that works with residency and government stuff?

Hey Christiana can I talk to you.?
I want some suggestions from u if u don't mind.

Thanks for your video. I’m planning on moving to Madrid next year through the auxiliar de conversación program, hoping to stay long-term and build a life and career in Spain. Do you think it’s possible to get a 1 bedroom flat in zone 2 or 3 areas for around €500-€600 ?

Where did you find your current apartment now you are living in from? Looks like a good deal! And also what did you need to provide to go ahead with the apartment (for example I know the NIE number is meant to take a long time to get sorted- do you need this to rent?)Thanks xxxx
