In this vlog, we’re just going through our day, getting some work done, getting a little fitness in, and dealing with one of the realities of living in a house in Mexico… WATER PROBLEMS

We recently moved into our new place together, and between figuring out the water system, the tinaco, the pump, and why we somehow managed to run out of water, there’s definitely been a learning curve.

It’s a pretty random day, but honestly, that’s what life in Mexico has been like for us. A little fitness, a little brother time, some house projects, and a whole lot of figuring things out as we go.

Carlos hi this is Bruce and Mili from N.C. . We took Danny out last week, tell him hi for us. We really had a good time. I wanted to say that you should never store meats in the door of the freezer especially if it is the fridge at a rental house. It will never fully freeze and stay the best. It is a good place to position for partial thawing for eating next day, just saying. We have seen this freezer situation in PV all to often with the air bnb rentals we were in. We will be back mid January maybe we all can get together and go out somewhere one day. Hi to your family we like all your work. Take care.

The tinaco on the roof is supposed to have a lid. That’s why that water was so gross. If the plumbers didn’t add one it’s going to get gross again because the water is exposed to nature.

Hola Carlos y Alondra, si están pagando renta ,el dueño tiene la obligación de resolver los servicios principales (agua, luz, etc). Si ustedes resuelven los arreglos , el dueño tiene la obligación de descontar de la mensualidad de la casa lo que gastaron, se los digo por experiencia y veo que no es que sean quejumbrosos, ustedes están pagando la renta de una casa no les están regalando el alquiler, hagan valer sus derechos cómo inquilinos. Soy nueva suscriptora en su canal, son muy bonita familia 😊 saludos.

Hi Carlos & Danny - It seems that you finally got your hot water working by the end of the video as there seemed to be a plumber there. I grew up on a dairy farm where we never had a water heater in the 18 years I lived there. It was a Scottish pioneer farm in Canada. We had to heat our water for laundry & baths on a big wood/coal stove in the kitchen. We didn’t have an inside bathroom until I was almost 11 years old. Many of the local farm people were in similar situations. There were no showers - just bathtubs and sinks in the farm houses. It was an interesting lifestyle especially with cold snowy winters that lasted for 4 months. Thankfully after moving to town I was able to experience furnace heated water. Take care. Cheers! 🌴🍁🍁🌴

I understand what you mean about washing dishes, I'm the same way. It's a shame that y'all are having to go without hot water and trying to have to figure it out yourselves. Look forward to your next vlog

You should get one of those plug in heating elements you put in a 5 gallon bucket to heat water. Works great. Just be very careful not to touch the water while it's plugged up.

Y los maestros son los que se dedican a dar clases.
Desde que yo me acuerdo escuché a mi mamá y a todos los adultos llamarles “maistros” jaja
