Fun fact: Townsends has more than double the number of subscribers as the population of Indianapolis. I guess Jon and Michael better get used to some recognition.

In Austria the fried Potatoballs are called "in Fett gebackene Kartoffelknödel". You can serve them sweet with apple puree or salty with a with beetroot salad.

My German grandmother made something similar but hers were in patties , they were fried in left over bacon grease or lard. As far as your potato balls. Some times she would add onions.

I care for a married couple of German decent. At first, I wasn't sure of the foods they wanted me to help prepare. You're a blessing with all that.

I came in late and heard him talking about his family being kidnapped in England. I was confused at first as he sounded quite jovial telling the tale.

I’m so sad I missed the live 🥺. But am glad I can watch the replay 😊

Those potato balls are really good with minced and sweated garlic and onion added to the mix.

We used to fry mashed in a pan by flattening them into patties that you only needed to turn once with a spatula...Egg wash and crumbs optional...
