Naruto born as the eldest heir to the elite Namikaze corporate family, Naruto was expected to marry Hinata Hyuga to cement an alliance with the Hyuga, but when his ambitious younger brother Menma framed him for assaulting an intoxicated Hinata at a gala, his family discarded him overnight to protect their reputations. Stripped of his inheritance and cast out onto the streets, Naruto was taken in by Charles Choi—the alliance's greatest rival—who erased his old identity, rechristened him as James Lee, and rigorously trained him to transform from a broken outcast into a formidable, powerful force ready for retribution.
