Ghana black chocolate…150g
Takanashi pure fresh cream 35%…50g
Honey ... 1 tbsp
Egg yolk ... 2
Egg white ... 2
Millet sugar granulated sugar is also OK…50g

Soft flour…30g
Jun Morinaga cocoa powder…20g
Vanilla essence ... 4 drops
Grand Marnier ... 2 tablespoons

150g chocolate bitter
50g fresh cream


1 tablespoon honey
2 pieces egg yolk
2 pieces egg white
50g brown sugar
a pinch of salt
30g cake flour
20g cocoa powder
4 drops vanilla essence
2 tablespoon Grand Marnier
