I know these interviews are probably really annoying when Aaron just wants to focus on scheme and winning. But we as fans love the insight! Thanks Aaron you are doing a great job

"Style points, and all that stuff, are important, at some point..." I'd be interested to know when, exactly, they become important. In a world where the CFP committee is looking for on-the-field dominance to justify their biases, style points might become important sooner than the coaching staff would like. IDK. Maybe, instead of the "crusade" being to change the statistical rule/penalty of taking a knee in the redzone, that we go on a crusade to not leave points on the field.

It’s obvious that Arod is elite at 1/2 time adjustments… so what explains the early game incompetence? At this point is a pattern established over years. It doesn’t matter who the players are BYU starts incredibly slow on offense in most weeks. Is arod just straight up unprepared? Is he just terrible at predicting how the opposing team defense will attack, but is able to make the changes when he sees what they are doing real time? It’s just frustrating that he’s sooooooooo bad in the beginning of games when he’s sooooooo good at the end of games.
