You have given me such much to think about, I’m a aspiring groomer and I have a young spaniel.. you have helped me so much and I’m definitely going to brush him more

Very helpful :). I groom my springer myself, and I'm always looking for more tips because she too has the very wooly, curly type of coat.

This must have a warning for cuteness overload!!!!

This has to be one of the best, if not the best,  Springer Spaniel video's I have seen.  Max is my American Cocker Spaniel and I started cutting his hair when he was just 5 months old.  He is now 28 months.  His skirt and feet are always an issue for me.  But this video was great on explaining how to do it.  I do his face and neck with a 10 blade, his back with a 7 blade, and his legs and skirt with a 5/8 metal blade.  I do his pads with a 10 blade.  His privates are still a challenge for me but thanks to the tips on that issue in the video, I believe I will get better and better.  I do a "top knot" with a 4 blade to bring out his eyes.  Thanks Aunt Angie!

Thank you for explaining everything! I’ve watched so many videos where they just cut the dog hair and play music in the background. We might get a cocker one day and you helped me know what I would be signing up for and gave all of the advice that I’d need. Thank you.

I have had ESS all my life.  They really are the best dogs.  Thanks for the video.

This is the most informative tutorial online. We have 2 indoor springers. The long hair is beautiful but we also enjoy the outdoors where the long hair is not practical. This is the perfect length! Thank you for your video:)

Thank you so much for posting such an easy-to-follow video guide… and an extra special ‘thank you’ to your beautiful fur-baby, Barrel, for being such a super grooming model. I’m a week away from completing my Level 3 Dog Grooming Diploma and always browsing YouTube for video demonstrations - you have such a lovely, calm way of working and everything you have talked about and shown here is absolutely on point. My own fur-baby is a beautiful choc-tan English Cocker Spaniel, so a lot of what you have covered here works for her too. Thanks again x

He was a good boy !  Treat time :)

Thank you for a great video. Love that you got to the point and did not try to entertain us. You are very professional in showing us. I have never done a spaniel…cock a poo was our last dog. I am about to watch this again. Can’t thank you enough

Thank you for showing the correct way so many on youtube just ruin the coats and they just shave everywhere.  One even saide it was a working cocker spaniel when it was a field spaniel.

She's a good person.

Absolutely brilliant instructional video, thank you so much! I have a Sprocker that I'm going to have to groom myself because the groomers are booked for weeks and we have a heatwave approaching. SO helpful!

Your dog is a beauty!

So handsome.  My tri color English Springer is sweet like your boy.  Mine has more liver/brown, but our family loves her to bits!  Thanks for the tips and tricks for keeping us safe during grooming.

Thank you! I have ended up with a precious stray Boykin (Girlkin) who has gotten thicker and curlier since she came home with us. Her nutrition, etc is better and her coat is coming in and shedding a lot!

That’s a beautiful boy.  Reminds me of my long gone liver and white, except with eyebrows and fewer spots.  Same face and snout.

Thank you so much! We are adopting a English springer spaniel in a month and he really needs some grooming. The only thing is is that he’s a really scared dog because of his awful past. So we have to do it on our own for the first few months.

Thanks so much for a great video on grooming a Springer. My Duke is not a show dog and I'm hoping I can save some money as grooming is now so expensive.

He’s so adorable!
