Great match. Great rivalry. Super entertaining. 😁 Also shows the difference between GM level insights and IM level play. Hope Greg and Lawrence will make the leap with some more hard work. Cheers all around.

3rd time the charm. I think these two should vlog and go on a vocation. More trash talking. =)

excellent commentary

First game I think Lawrence should have played e5 rather than exchanging the last rook. Huge mistake I think. The idea is to prevent f4 and plant the king on d4 if there’s an exchange and kick the bishop on d3. White King can’t come to the aid in time.

Seem to remember Trent chessplaining going all out for GM norm, y'know. How's that going, y'know. Enjoyable match. Great commentary by A&R, could of done without the bish, bash, bosh tho', y'know. Cheers.

GM Aman Hambleton, could you please speak more softly? There isn't an option on my side to lower your voice when you speak, and your voice is banging at my eardrums. So irritating. 😟
With all the respect.

this time lawrence was better all around. I mean greg also played well and made good comebacks but it looked like the score could have been even more in lawrences favour without some weird blunders or mouse slips that turned some games around.
