I own an old container my grandma would use exclusively for chicken & dumplings!! She even labeled it, but the writing faded over time and now it just says DUMP across the lid in black marker & it makes me giggle when I see it ❤

Brittany saying she’s not afraid of grabbing a child’s arm has me SCREAMING.

I'll never get over her southern grandma accent lmao

I genuinely want to hang out with this woman. Preferably at Medieval Times.

This woman gives me so much joy I shake like a chihuahua when I watch her

Brittany and Julien both making hot comfort soup at the start of summer is so funny and perfect

Dietetics student here:
You need to replenish electrolytes when you sweat. If you are sweating, you are losing the salts that are components of sweat. Sodium, chloride, and potassium. You need a constant level of sodium because it is used in a lot of functions in the body. Some of these functions include creating the electrical conditions that let our muscles fire (that's why you cramp after sweating for long periods of time) and ATP production for energy. Too much sodium, however, has been linked to conditions like high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.

the parasocial bestie relationship is growing STRONG with these videos 😤👌

I fucking love Stanley ☠️ 3:51 Brittany:"don't look at the back of my head, I'm not joking...Stanley, blur it out 👹"

BROSKI NATION NEEDS ITS OWN TRADITIONAL COOKBOOK

Brittany makes videos for girls who thought gross out humor was really funny but never let themselves laugh because they thought it was unfeminine

Shout out to Brittany for being so transparent with her bowel movements we love an oversharing icon 👑

3:32 it’s cause you sweat out sodium and you need to replenish it that’s why you drink Gatorade after you exercise instead of during, that’s what my cross country coach would always tell me

Sodium is an electrolyte, it’s different than salt, but is a part of salt, and to work efficiently (at keeping the bodies water/blood volume balanced) it has to be consumed with a good amount of fluids, which is why, on its own (or in salt), sodium can dehydrate you, but when it’s balanced with enough water, like in gatorade, it can properly hydrate :D (this is just what I’ve researched, could be wrong lol)

The “can y’all watch it while I go smoke” took me AAAAALL the way back
