توہین عدالت کا قانون ختم کرنے کی ضرورت ہے جس کی وجہ سے ایک غریب ادمی اپنے خلاف ہونے والی نا انصافی کے خلاف احتجاج بھی نہیں کر سکتا۔ توہین عدالت کا اصلی مطلب ہے کہ کرپٹ، راشی اور بے انصاف جج کے اوپر تنقید نہ ہو
